The staff is Amazing! When you walk in, everyone greets you with kindness, warm smiles and great energy! Dr. Allen is wonderful! He truly cares about me and how I’m doing. He is very dedicated to my treatment plan and ensuring I’m comfortable with every step! The Biggest shoutout goes to SANDY! Sandy is truly OUTSTANDING in the steps she takes to ensure my comfort at all times! She even offered me A BLANKET to keep me warm because she knew that the room I was in, tends to be cold. She has an Amazing heart and you can just tell that she truly cares about my wellbeing. She’s very talented and offers great insight regarding my treatments/plans. I left my old dentist office that’s close to my home. This dentist practice is worth the extra drive because they are just amazing 😊

I had a bad experience at another dentist around 10 years ago and had never gone back after that. After encouragement from my fiancé, I did some research and booked an appt. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed warmly and the staff made me feel calm and at ease. When I was brought back I explained my previous experience at the dentist and was treated with so much care. They made sure I was comfortable and was never in any discomfort or pain. Everyone was so kind and professional. It was hands down the best dentist experience ever. After not going for 10 years, I was really anxious but every staff member I interacted with put me at ease. I can not recommend Rockwall Dental Associates enough and I will never be going that long without seeing the dentist ever again!

I was very nervous at first to go to a dentist because I’ve had nothing but bad experiences, but I will say that this dentist Dr. Allen was very professional and treated me accordingly even though I’m very nervous of needles he definitely made me feel comfortable when it came to getting my cavities removed and I will say I will be going back, it has been the best experience so far! And the staff was amazing!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years, and they’re truly fantastic. Going to the dentist can be a little stressful. No matter how well you brush and floss, but the team here makes it so much easier. The staff is friendly, calm, and has a gentle, reassuring approach that really puts you at ease. Highly recommend!

The dentist and staff here are amazing. I really can't say enough about this place. They know how to work with your insurance. Dentist is great with kids. Over the top on the kindness. I feel extremely comfortable with my whole family here.
